Bobcat CT 235 hard start and smoking

I have a Bobcat CT235 with 700 hours. I have replaced the glow plugs in the last 2 to 3 years. The tractor is hard to start no matter the weather. When it is cranking and when it first starts up it smokes a lot, and i mean a lot! After it starts and the tractor starts warming up the smoking stops. I would call the smoke gray in color. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When’s the last time you changed your fuel filter, start simple.

Last changed at about 100 hours, probably worth changing. Thank you for the help!
