Bobcat 331 code 03-10

My 331 over the last year has had some starting then stalling problems if I start at three or four times it keeps running, it said a code for fuel shut off solenoid shorted to ground I clean some corroded wires in the engine harness I found corrosion in the ignition switch thought it was fixed now it sets the over voltage code, if I leave the alternator unplugged it runs OK I am suspecting some corroded wires somewhere in the harness any ideas where to look

Personally if it were mine I would go over harness and check for any chafing or animal chewings, clean all connectors I could access and protect with silicone dielectric grease.... Yes grease, it if you have good positive contact of metal parts of connectors all the grease does in seal connector keeping out oxygen and moisture that causes corrosion (its what I do on all my electrical work) ....
