I am brand new to this so please bare with me. I am looking at a Bobcat 235 in Wyoming and Montana but am getting quotes of 18,000 with the loader. I am rapidly approaching May 31 and need to make a decision fast or the incentive will run out. I am worried that I am being given too high of a quote. I checked out Kubota and John Deere, but really like the bobcat. I only have 2 acres with alot of trees, a long gravel driveway and alot of clearing, hauling, moving of gravel and reject soil, and rock. Does anyone know if the incentives will be held any longer than the 31st or if I should be able to get this tractor for less. Thanks

Seems a little higher than normal if getting the free fel. I just signed the papers yesterday on a new ct235 and price was $16,000 out the door w/ free fel and bob-tach and got them to throw in a set of rear remotes. I also looked at the jd (3038e $16,800) and kubota and found the bobcat to have way more options and was still priced lower than the other brands.

I just got a quote on a 235 in VA...16,000.00 with FEL delivered!

ON a 335, FEL, Remote, Industrial Tires = ...19,000.00 delivered.

Which is the better deal?

I paid 15500 for a 235 with FEL in March.
I looked at the 335's, it was just more tractor than I wanted. It has some nice options on it, but I like the smaller frame of the 235.
I use my tractor in tight around trees and in the woods, and I get smacked enough in the face on the 235, I would hate to see how bad it would be on the 335.

I would suggest you know what you are going to use it for the most, and then base your desician on those factors more so than just price or "best deal" alone.

Another thing to think about, where you are going to store it, and how much room you have. You may be surprised how much room one of these tractors take up in a building, especially if you have an attachment on the 3PH.
I hate keeping my baby outside, but when she has really muddy tires, I have to, I dont want to drive muddy tires across my barnyard stone :(

Considering purchasing a 230 or 235 here in Minnesota. Unfortunately didn't get to seriously looking until after the FEL promo ran out. My quote seems substantially higher than prices I am seeing posted here.

The big price contributors are the FEL (basic unit + bob-tach + bucket = $4340) and dual rear hydraulics (bobcat site says $466, dealer quoted $808). They are also charging $200 for something called PDI and $780 for freight.

Total price quoted for a 230 w/ R4s, FEL (bob-tach + 60" bucket), mid-pto, dual-rear-hydraulics was $17900 after promo and dealer discount (excluding tax). When I price via bobcat website, it comes to $18750 so total dealer discount is around $850 from list. Is that typical?

I paid 15500 without rear hydros for a 235 2 months ago, so with the missing incentives, I would say its not to bad a deal
The rear hydros seem a little steep maybe the bobcat site is only listing parts.
You maybe able to get them to knock off a little labore, my dealer charges 80 bucks an hour

Seems a little high. When the big promotion was going on last year, I got mine for $13,500 with all the goodies. 3K more would be about right at this time. You may want to shop around some more.

Yep, that was my sense as well. Suspect I am simply too late for this party. In my case, not entirely certain the 235 will fit my needs and don't want to get stuck in a trade-up situation. Given the super aggressive pricing over the past year, imagine there would be an ugly drop in a value once it left the dealer (relative to the higher current pricing).
