I just bought a 6110 Mahindra,only 11 hrs. so far. Is anyone using a block heater? If so where did you buy it?Temps have been very low here & I'd like to have a block heater.

Phillips & Temro Technologies One of thier heating pads under the battery is an asset . Battery tendors are good too. Real class IV synthetic oil.

My 5035 has a pumpkin shaped cast iron ' device ' in the lower radiator hose to install a standard 3/4" screw in heater... You can get them on Ebay or Amazon... I bought a ' Kat's 11619 600 watt ' to put in mine... but will not be putting it in until this summer. Your tractor may have the same inline heater spot.. Good luck, Jerry...

Looking at the parts site, your 6110 uses a different screw in heater than my 35 series. Says it screw into left side of maybe the block, where the pumpkin shaped thing in mine is called a B/H adapter, probably bottom hose... Your dealer can fix u up with one....

I took a quick look this afternoon and didn't see the plug in the block for the heater. I'll take a closer look soon. I don't see anyway to use one of the in hose heaters,so it will have to be an in block heater looks like.

I have been looking at Wolverine adhesive pad heaters that is glued with a 3M adhesive to the oil pan externally. Has anyone else looked or used a Wolverine?

We have installed several block heaters in the 6110, you have to knock out the freeze plug on the side of the block, tap in the adapter and thread in the block heater. If I remeber correctly around $100 shipped to you. Can have it to you in the matter of a few days.

I have been searching everywhere, including google, to find the info you provided here re: coolant heater for my 2010 5035. The glow plug went away last winter so had to keep the old girl in my 45 degree heated garage, preventing my winter projects from getting done! :banghead:
