Devin,
A neighbor of mine was able to purchase a bolt on wing for his front blade. He uses it on one side only to push back his berms. Try contacting Boundry Tractor I think he got his from CDA Tractor.
Joe

I’ll call Monday. Thx

I built removable wings for my bucket so as to make a pusher blade out of it.

It has been working pretty good. I am amazed out how much snow you can push with it.

Probably could do similar on your box scraper.

How thick is the steel and how long are the wings? That looks like something I could make- not the same style but a similar design.

The plate is 3/16" and the angle 3/16" X 2" X 2".

The wings started out 30" long and are cut to fit the back contour of the bucket. The finished wing protrudes out 20" past the cutting lip of the bucket and the out board end of each wing has a shoe on it.

Works really well. Can't believe how much snow you can push and gather with this setup.

I tried a few of my local tractor stores and they all recommended a welding shop. I guess I’ll be making something. When I get it done I’ll post here.

I've often thought about a wing but now with a better back blade I could swing that off to the side, and I still don't. I end up using the front blade to roll the deep berms when needed. I drive the tractor centered on the berm of snow rolling it farther away from the drive. I keep the blade raised about 6 inches and keep the tractor moving a decent speed, and the momentum rolls that hard packed icy snow way off to the side. A few years ago we had much more snow than normal, and I had several parallel windrows of snow pushed off to the side. I moved them farther and farther off the drive as I needed more room. The more you work snow, the less bulk there is as it crumbles and crystalizes.

My buddy has a DIY similar setup & Loves it. (he is all flat with lots of space)
My thoughts are that the idea is A-OK but on flat areas with lots of place to push that snow.
If U are restricted and or hilly best is to blow it as far away as possible.
