Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Blade Wing?

I have a CUT with a box scraper that stays on all the time and a FEL with SSQA. In the winter I attach a snow blade that has hydraulic angle. The setup has treated me very well!

What I’d like to add is a “wing” or something similar to either the box scraper or front blade that would add 18” or so to one side to knock back the windrow that builds up along the driveway. I won’t be doing heavy pushing or scraping- just setting the wing say 6” off the ground and easing things back.

Has anyone done this and or have photos? Does anyone have ideas? I do realize rear blades can be offset to do this- that isn’t in the plans.

Their’s always a faster gun! Perfect. I can probably mount that on the box scraper and run in reverse - I want to throw it away from the driveway, not onto the driveway.

Maybe old snow plow somehow fasten to box blade,you can fold wing down than lower box blade for action???

Pushing snow around here is just a losing proposition. If there is Ice undernieth I already have difficulty steering with an angled blade. And usually there are freeze/thaw cycles that make the windrows tough as icebergs!

A neighbor of mine was able to purchase a bolt on wing for his front blade. He uses it on one side only to push back his berms. Try contacting Boundry Tractor I think he got his from CDA Tractor.

I built removable wings for my bucket so as to make a pusher blade out of it.

It has been working pretty good. I am amazed out how much snow you can push with it.

Probably could do similar on your box scraper.
