Brand new? First time trying to drive it? My 2545 shuttle can be difficult to get in gear, or in or out of 4wd, at times. You do need 3 levers engaged. The range gear, LMH, can be tough to seat. And frequently it gets stuck and you have to coast a bit or just muscle to disengage. And I've shoved the shuttle into place just to find I have to repeat, for it to seat. If it's an old machine and used to work, that's something different.
