Adjusting shuttle response not on top dial rabbit and tortoise but the 3 adjustment knobs below, i cant get the response i want with the top adjustment knob and wanted to see if anyone knows the procedure to decrease the slamming into gear as you move from reverse to forward Top knob all the way to tortoise still not easy enough on shift .
