BEWARE SCAMERS ON THIS SITE

i have been frequenting cl and other sites looking for a boat, and it's amazing how often
the ads are scams, as soon as i see a deal that looks like a good deal, i search that description
and find that the item had been listed in half dozen other cities all over the country, same pictures.
the response i usually get is "send me your email address for further info" when i do reply to the
ad.

I read this thread a couple of nights ago, then listed my snowsled on Craigslist. I specifically said that my phone doesn't accept texts; it does, but most people who send them are tire kickers. In less that 30 minutes I received two identical texts stating "Hello, how are you. Do you still have your item for sale..."
