[A]s for no squeak it's a light oil that can protect things beyond what you can imagine.

I assume that you are talking about this product. On what parts did you spray it to quiet the steering, or am I misinterpreting what you wrote?

I use it on anything you'd use a light oil on,cables,locks,hinges,etc..if my machine squeaks I don't notice it,never sprayed the lower bar that causes Steiners and Ventracs to Squeek when turning it never bothered me,we wear hearing protection and the machines are noisey.
