I ordered this piece of equipment less than a year ago, and after about 10 hours of usage I have had the following problems: Belt failed because it was installed upside down from the factory and it comes with three belts. The belts are impossible to replace. The tensioner does not loosen enough to get new belts on or take off. I suggest buying replacements a 1/2 inch longer. Also, the tensioner bearings went out and that has to be replaced. The grease zirks are located inside the tire for the rotating drum and impossible to reach without a 90 degree coupling. I also don't think that the mow quality is all that great. I believe that I got mulching blades, but don't remember. This is a Chinese built POS.

I am sorry to learn of your poor experience with this attachment.

This machine has a one year warranty, it may be better to pursue obtaining a replacement machine or to simply scrap it and invest in a RAMMY atv/rtv flail mower.

Their ATV mower is the very old version which is more than 10 years. They don't understand this mower, the only improvement they did is that made the wheel assembleable to save delivery cost.

I m surprised why they didn't improve anything, you can see how it looked 10 years ago, almost same. They must have more or less feedback from buyers. For example the belt issue, that belt tension design is very old and stupid, three belts have different tension when work, so the belt is easy to be burnt.

Our ATV mower has changed a lot these year.

They sell both. The rough cut actually cuts nearly as well as a finish mower

Last time I looked at Kunz rough cut mower, they didn't offer free swinging, down set type of blades. I called them and spoke with mr Kunz and he siad they made the blades from "special super steel" and could take the abuse. We didn't ordered it. Have they changed this setup?
