Best implement for removing native grass?

I have to agree with FWJ. I'm trying to level some old pasture that is planted in Bahia. I ran a plow over it followed by disking.

I have never seen so many weeds pop up. Yes, some Bahia grew from some tufts that were left behind but I now need to do some serious weed control.

I'm about to buy an ag-sprayer soon and I'll kill of all the vegetation and re-disk and then pull some kind of leveling contraption. Then seed the pasture.

I have more land that I want to level so I'll do the following.
Spray
Plow
Disk
Smooth then seed.
