Bearcat.28HP won't move forward or reverse

Hi
I'm new to this forum. I have just purchased my first tractor but have operated heavy mobile equipment. My problem is that after just a couple of hours into using my new tractor It won't go forward or reverse?? Any one know why??? Hopefully it something simple like operator error.

Welcome from Oklahoma. I'm sorry, but I've never heard of a Bearcat before. Is that the brand name or a model name? Why don't you repost this in Parts/Repairs. Also, for idiots like me tell us about your machine. Is it a compact tractor, lawn tractor, hydrostatic or gear transmission, ec. I promise we'll try to assist you.
