BCS brush mower question.

I have one of the older BCS labeled brush mower, 32" , single, heavy blade. Is there a simple way to change the blade to a swinging type blade? Would like to protect the driveline as much as possible, I do mow in some fairly rough stuff and will probably hit something solid sometime.
