I have a 2003 GX345. The battery keeps draining. I replaced the battery. Same problem. Put in a new voltage regulator. Problem still exists. Any ideas on what to do?
I would look for a loose ground wire. That can cause a parasitic drain. A wire rubbing on the frame can also have the same effect.
A relay stuck energized could be a source but very rare for that to happen.
I have replaced the Voltage regulator, Ignition switch and board, tried another new battery. Same thing. One thing that I did notice was that you can hear the fuel pump click when you attatch the negative(black) wire to the battery. Does the same when you remove and replace the positive as well. Any ideas?
