My quit time came for me when my doctor told me I have stage 4 prostate cancer. I dipped Skoal straight and copanhegen since I was 14 I'm only 55 now so my best advice is get yourself checked. Because a a year ago I was cutting wood and working 10-12 hrs a day now I can't even walk 200 ft. With out gasping for air and the cancer got in to my spine and pinched my nerves in my left leg no fun but by the power of my God I'm doing pretty good for my condition.

That would add up to $300 per month or more these days. We put all the money we saved by quitting towards our bills and were totally out of debt in 2 years! Habits are bad business.

When I was a teenager, Mom & Pa both smoked. We calculated that their smoking habit could buy us kids a new Honda Trail 90 every other year. When we told them the good news, it did not go over well. Pa quit when he had a major heart attack, Mom joined him. Both quit cold turkey and never smoked again.

No brainer... because it there is often more pleasure in the present, not listening to what is good for you in the long run.
