Lots of changes coming up.
New enamel - new net AD & maybe more.

New & different bugs here. Dragon fly with 1 wing. Mosquitos that are silent. Hook nose worm & an inch worm.

Still see the hawk now & then. We stare at each other then off he goes. Thin the birds ate the worms. But??? anyway think they are gone.

Lots of noise but no rain.

Ken you should have the other book by now. If anyone else wants to read about steam tractors. contact Ken.

Maybe some more in about 3 weeks.

Yesterday I was ready to post. went to get a cup of coffee & Microwave would not work along with a bunch of other things/
About 99 & almost dark, yep a circuit breaker had popped.

This may be a short post.

There are nice people in this world. Started about a year ago at the VA. Guy gave me his free lunch ticket. A while later I was kidding a Dr. about needing some $$$. she slipped an envelope in my hand, when I opened it there was a $10.00 bill in it. Buying some groceries, fumbling for a little money to finish paying the bill. At the PO same story a lady be behind me paid the $$ that I was short.

Today pump went out on swamp box. OH crap, 3o miles to town for new pump. OH crap forgot my wallet, not even any rattle money.
Lady at
Ace Hardware came out as I was driving away, with the pump in her hand. She said I will save this for you. I thought she meant the pump, Nope she meant the sales slip. Handed me the pump & says pay for it next time you come by. She had never seen me before.
Wow I am a lucky person.

Not so lucky when you consider that this is the 3rd pump this season.

Truck AC was working pretty good, about as good as it gets these days. Every now & then it needs burping. Gets a vapor lock & if sprayed down with water it gets good again.

First day of fall & it is already showing, down to about 58 this AM. Cool day as well.

Never was What you would call strong. But strong enough to do what I wanted or needed to do. Had a Harley dresser, front end was at the wrong angle & it would tip over, actually wrong direction. It did its thing one day, the guy I was topping came over to help me. By the time he got there I had it upright. It weighed around 1,500 pounds & I only had to lift around 400 to 600 pounds.

OH well live goes on & on & on.

My bore pump went yesterday.... Could smell burning from about 40 feet away from the pump shed. Looks like the capacitor burned out and oil is running everywhere. Haven't seen a 3 wire cap before. It triggers a relay as well.
Like you crash325... off to town tomorrow and hope that is all it is. (I will take my wallet though, not like you)
