Backhoe backhoe kicks tractors butt

I recently had the boomer backhoe put on. When I drive down my street in second gear sometimes it feels like the backhoe kicks the tractor in the butt. Only on a downward slope and not always reproducible but today it was like every ten seconds I would get a jolt. It doesn't appear anything could possibly be loose in the hoe frame but it's a real kick. Is it the transmission? Has anyone else had this experience? The model is a new Boomer 8N by the way. I'm not sure if this is a boomer 8n forum only or not
