Thanks Victor
Would add additional caution. Be mindful reinstalling the centering spring. I found out after control valve was reinstalled, plumbed and running. Dipper stick immediately went to full extension. ☹️ Somehow managed to reverse the 2 parts at arrows.

Had to totally uninstall and correct. Fortunately it was the only one.

Once hooked back up, I put it thru all its motions then left running under pressure about 45 minutes and no leaks.

Tomorrow I hope to use to close in my gas line trench.

Finally got to spend an hour plus using the backhoe. Works well.
Makes me more eager to mod the subframe to mount on my LS.

Happy ending when you spend $20 in parts instead of replacing the unit for $1000. And now you have a cheap lifetime supply of spare o-rings. I still don’t understand why they used the white crap o- rings to begin with. All that matters is that you fixed it and now you can do your “ I fixed it” dance. Job well done.

I know this is old but maybe somebody will see it..if the valve is leaking from the top, is it serviceable from the top or has to be dropped from the bottom ?

Hey Guys, does this Nimco hyd valve look like yours? The tag numbers are different than what is posted here.
I am making up prepackaged replacement seal kits for these as we have had several like these come in for repairs the last few years. Usually we just match them up out if our normal stock, but this should make it easier. The OEM yellow seals used on the spools are gummy and I’m thinking whatever material they used from Nimco is not compatible with normal hyd oil, we have a better seal in mind.

did you ever get seal kits put together for these valves?

I have the same problem with my 2375, removed valve body took to a local shop. Reinstalled, still leaked, back to the shop, install, now great effort to move the control levers. Returned it to the shop, control levers normal but leaks every bit as bad. Removed again and took it to another shop in the city. $600 later, (I let it sit for 2 years) I reinstalled and it still leaks, maybe worse.

So, I too would appreciate a kit with all the parts or at least dimensions or part numbers.
