Backhoe buying question

I am a heavy equipment operator however I have only been in it for 10 years now and always had newish equipment in the fleets I've worked with.

I am starting to look at the used market for a tlb, I'd like to find something that is in decent shape that was built before they filled them with tons of electronics and computers. Anyone know which models were the last in the major brands to go electronic with everything?
I see 310d around for decent prices on occasion, would that fit the bill?

I had a 310j which I believe was the last model before the latest emissions bs. The transmission shifter was electric and the parking brake was electric but it was a pretty simple and rock solid machine. I’d guess a D that’s 20 years older had almost identical electric options as my J.
