Hi guys

What痴 the trick to removing and reinstalling the front and side engine panels ? They use a spring like clip and arrowhead looking deals on the panels . I posted a couple of pics to show what I知 dealing with.

Thanks

If you are taking them loose at the panel that is wrong. They come loose from the tractor. Just take a screwdriver between panel and tractor and pop them out from the tractor.

I just give mine a yank and the panel or grill comes off and that clip stayed where it was. It does not come off.

Thanks guys

I now understand the spring clip stays in place . I just needed to give it a harder yank and the panels come off.

Thanks again

Yank or pop them. I hate this setup. It's all worn out on my B7800. I made a fix for one clip/pin and I really need to do the same for others. My panels are always coming loose*: my B7800 is run hard.

* Common for me, as I'm operating, to stand up from the seat and lean forward to smack a panel back on.

On. the plus side, a battery change is a walk in the park.
