B7800 rear remote

I am installing a rear remote on a B7800 with loader and have a couple of questions.

Should I use 3/8 or 1/2 inch jic hose for the Pb, return, and low pressure return.
Are the fittings on the tractor I will connect into #6 or #8 jic.

Give the guys a number of galons per minute for flow. I have seen charts I think from Kennyd, and AKKAMAAN.
