My local dealer (Washington state) is charging $15,900 for the tractor with 402FEL, wondering if this is a good price?

This state has various price ranges, and indeed it pays to shop within a 100 mile radius in "Central" VA.

I am not sure you can get one *under* $15k but you might try Industrial Power Products in Chico. I got pricing from them sometime last month and I don't have it written down but think it was ~$16k.
