And 6ft back blade. Tractor, snowblower and finish mower all garage kept. Tractor has less than 700 hrs on it used at my home, I bought it new. I was thinking of selling it for 18k. Am I in the ballpark price wise?

I’d say you’re in the ballpark. If someone needs one with your attachments it’s probably a good deal for them.

You're in the ball park but in my opinion, I think US $20K - 21K is appropriate with the included attachments. US $18K is a deal for the buyer at 700 hours and the add-ons.

I have a 2006, 7800, loader and mid-mount mower at 275 hours. I'd be hard pressed to let it go for any less than $18k, even though that is what I paid for it in 2006.

Can you replace your 7800 (if need to replace) for that? That is a fairly nice mid-level setup. That 7800 is tough and at 30 HP, just right for medium duty projects.

My 7800 has never needed one single repair. Nothing.

Batteries, fluid changes, tire inflation checks, greasing, and cleaning is all I have done to it; all self-service maintenance.

Best on the sale. It will go quickly at that asking price.

From the experience I have gained buying and selling stuff over 50 years, the buyers always want to feel they are getting a break on the asking price. I have tried to list an item as firm price, but the buyers always want some kind of discount, so I have learned over the many years to add 10-15 percent to my real price, and let them bargain me down to my real selling price. That way, it is a win-win. It is always much easier to come down in price, so add on some margin above what price you really feel you need to get out of it.
