B7200 4wd

I'm going tomorrow to look at a B7200 4wd. It has ag tires, no FEL, and includes woods rear finish mower. Not sure about hours or year (it was sitting on the side of the road). I've always had MF tractors but I'm looking for a smaller tractor like theB7200 for mowing. On initial inspection everything looked good (I will dig into the mechanics tomorrow when I get to test it).

Asking price is $4950. From my description how does this sound. Assuming acceptable hours and good mechanical condition where should I go with negotiating the price? I appreciate any feedback!

Good you have some tractor knowledge.
Would hurt to start at $4000 depend on hours condition and sellers attitude.

I appreciate the feedback. I am not familiar with Kubotas so I wanted to make sure this price is in the right neighborhood.
