Price Check B7100 Pricing

I'm looking to sell my B7100 and trade up to a 2710. Can anyone give me an idea of what my B7100 is worth? Here are the specs:

Late '80's B7100-D-P
3PT hitch
4 Wheel drive
Gear transmission
396 hours
Kubota 1630 loader
Woods RM48 rear finish mower
ROPS
Pathfinder Snowplow - 4'(no power angle)

I bought it from the original owner who used it mostly for grass cutting. I use it mostly for loader work(no power stering)which is one of the reasons I want the upgrade. It's been garaged, well maintained, never abused and in great shape. The tractor is in north New Jersey.

The NorthEast US seems to have higher prices on tractors than does the South East US. For the SE US I would guess a wide range of $5000 to $8000 depending upon a lot of factors.

For example, a comparatively equipped 20 hp B1750 HSD tractor (a lot more tractor than the B7100) for sale at the local Knoxville TN dealer is priced at $8800. (the ad from their web site [www.tennvall.com] is as follows: 4WD, Hydrostatic Transmission, Power Steering, Ag. tires, with Kubota B1640 Loader and RC60B Mid Mount Mower [1,021 hours of use]).
