B3030HSDC and Backhoe

greetings, I am about to make my first purchase and am leaning twards the b3030hsdc because I am a wuss and want the climate control Anyway, I am concerned because the back of the enclosed cabin makes it impossible to use it with a backhoe. I was contemplating a self modification to the tractor in which I would be able to remove the rear windows and support bar when I wanted to use the backhoe. has anyone heard of this being done or know of another backhoe that can be used with this model.

thanks, that is some great info. Looks like a solid backhoe as well. I especially like the thumb option on the bucket. are they competitively priced with the bh75? I will call the local woods dealer monday to ask about compatibility and price. Thanks again.

I was at a Kubota dealership a couple of weeks ago, and did see one of the new Woods "X" series (80x) mounted on a B3030HSDC. The combination looked great, and there was plenty of room for the seat. The Woods hoe sits a little further back from the cab than the Kubota BH75 does, and has clearance for the cab. Good luck! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

From what I have heard they are competitively priced. It's a pretty impressive backhoe from what I have read and seen about it.

From what I have heard they are competitively priced. It's a pretty impressive backhoe from what I have read and seen about it.

I just called the local rep and they are at 7800 with the thumb. another 500 for the bucket. It seems like they are nice units. Thanks for everyones input.
