Loader B3030 with LA 403 loader

I have been trying to replace the controller for my LA 403 (B2325) I cant seem to operate the bucket properly. I have moved the cables to no avail. The left to right lever control seems to sometimes raise and lower but the tilt functionality doesn't work any which way. Is there a trick to installing this control arm?

Quite often with control valve issues we have to back up to the hydraulic line quick connections and find they need replacement.

That was the next thing I cant seem to disconnect one side (Red) of the front bucket disconnects. it seems to have a lot of pressure locking it. how can I relieve that?

What I do on my tractors when I get ready to remove the quick connects is to turn the tractor off and move the control levers in all directions until nothing moves and I never have any problems disconnecting. If you still cannot disconnect, you can take a wrench and loosen a fitting on that line to relieve the excess pressure. If that doesn't help, then you probably have a faulty disconnect.
