just installed a product called boom mat inside my cab and WOW! this stuff really works, pulled the seat and did the whole pan, floors, and under the hood! its nice to work with plus has good thermal value! check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool2:

I also have a B3000HSDCC. Exactly what are you referring to when you say "this stuff really works" ?

Sound insulating abilities that make that cab much more quiet?

Which material did you use? The "Heavy Duty" sound dampening material?

How mush did you have to order/use?

How difficult was the installation? I assume you placed it underneath the oem rubber pad?

I used boom mat XL. yes I did apply it to bare metal on the floor an removed the seat and did the whole pan. I ordered a 10 pack the sheets were 24inch x 12.5 inch an used all but 1 sheet. it really works well! check out boom mat on utube they do a test on a drum snare!!

In your opinion, did it cut down on the noise & Hydro whine dramatically? 1/2 ?

ya its hard to tell because now all u hear is engine noise, but im half deaf anyway!:laughing:
