I love the quick attach. 10 seconds to pop the attachment and park it in the barn. Helpful when you're a slob like me in a small barn lol.

Congratulations, looks great. Matches the Husky chainsaws :D

I was wondering if you were "that" TK and now I know. I bought a 562 from you.

Yep, that'd be me ;) How's the 562 treating you?

Boy, that's a nice tractor. So it looks like the 2650 is on a larger chassis/frame than the 2620 and 2920 were?

Yep, the 26/3350 are quite a bit bigger than 26/2920 series. I don't have all the specs in front of me, but I think the 50 series is even bigger than a b3200. I saw one at a dealer when stopped in for some fluids. I was surprised on how much bigger it was than the b2920.

Tk tom: Looking great!

Hopefully someday I'll get this one next to the B2620 that a friend has for a side by side size picture.

Does anyone know the approximate John Deere equivalent to this model?

I think a jd 2025 is pretty close.

It looks like the B2650 is more capable (on paper) than the 2025R but perhaps about the same as a 2520?

I don't necessarily care which one is the better tractor, I'm just curious on how the $ numbers line up between them. As far as dealers and reputations go around here, the only 2 brands I considered were John Deere and Kubota, there's just no other dealers close by. If there is, then they're not reputable because I haven't heard of them. I feel as though I got more for my money by going orange.

Hope to get some more pics of the machine in action today/tomorrow. Going to put it to the test!

Wow those B's are looking large --

I have a BX2370 and the B and BX series are very decent -- quarter inching controls are a plus.............engines are top notch (I have many Kubota diesels with 6000 hours and still going strong)..........mid mount 60" mower deck can use some upgrading (drive over capability), front loader lift knob keeps falling off, and the BX series tend to shake/rattle/roll a little too much on start up, but beyond that they're well made machines........

Didn't lift any crates this weekend but we did use it to clean up after cutting 3 trees down. Pile the brush on the forks as high as you want, and the butt logs 10' long could carry two. We cut 2 16" oaks and an 18" pine for reference. Very happy with the tractors performance. Definitely need more weight in the back, loaded tires just aren't enough.

It lifts the crates perfectly without any strain. Lifting them high enough to double stack left it feeling dangerously light in the rear, need more than just the ballast box full of dirt for weight. We've got about 25 hours on it so far and it's been absolutely awesome, very happy with it.

Very nice tractor! What are the crates your lifting and do you know approx how much they weigh?

They are new riding mower crates, and weigh anywhere from 500-700 pounds I assume. Sitting on the tractor looking at the crates as they sit on the forks they are approx. 6 feet wide, 4 feet deep, and 4 feet tall.

Tractor crate weight according to the bill of lading shows 6-700 pounds for a tractor or residential zero turn mower. Today I had to bring the tractor to the shop to unstack tractor crates due to the forklift having a blown hydraulic line. It did it just fine, though I would have felt a little better with more weight out back for ballast. Crates measure 75"Lx53"Wx48"H. Larger for ZT mowers. I am happy with the performance and glad I didn't buy an L, I prefer the smaller tractor for use at home.

That's good it's working out how you want.

Cruised past the 50 hour mark this past weekend, and in giving the tractor a good once over I did notice a few things I did not like. It's more with the loader than the tractor, but there is one part of the tractor I don't care for.

It's equipped with the LA534 loader with the 2-lever skid steer quick attach.

A hose on the LH side that operates the loader up down ram has chaffed through to the steel braids due to a weld slag left behind out of sight in the channel of the arm.

A fitting on the RH side (don't remember where it leads, didn't pay attention) leaks and doesn't seem to want to stop even after tightening a bit.

The 4 hoses that plug into the tractor to run the loader have a protective fabric wrap around them where they curve up the loader mount - and they pass through a wire hoop on the loader frame - one is chaffed through to steel braids due to the wrap sliding down and not protecting the hoses. There is only 1 cable tie holding the wrap on, I feel there should be 2 or 3 doing this job. It's a tight fit through there and I'd imagine a decent amount of friction working on that wrap. I don't think the wire loop is very well thought out, either.

Those issues I feel should be covered by the warranty, and will make arrangements to bring the tractor in and have it looked at. I hope Kubota doesn't think I'm going to wait until there's a failure before this is taken care of, as I know some manufacturers won't make a repair until something has completely failed.

I will try to take some pictures tonight, but don't hold me to it as I will most likely forget.

And the last thing which is on the tractor - but isn't a failure - is the location of the transmission dipstick. Right next to the PTO shaft. Metal elbow up, rubber hose, metal tube for dipstick. Inside the protective shield area, right next to the PTO shaft. This prevents a direct mount of a hydraulic pump or something to run a custom wood splitter, I now have to find an extension that is really short to accomplish this. I didn't even notice it when I bought the tractor. Anyone else think that's a poor design? What if something happens with a driveshaft failure? Liable to rip the line right off the transmission leaving you pretty well stuck.

Ok I'll try again tonight, hopefully I remember LOL
I dropped the tractor off at the dealer on Wednesday, got a call yesterday it was ready so I picked it up last night. Now I won't be without my orange baby for the weekend :D
