Hey TK welcome to TBN. You'll love that tractor. I have it's poor cousin, the 2620, and it does whatever I want it to do from moving dirt, snow, and digging stumps. The 26 horse is a bullet-proof motor.

I have bought many tractors from Wescotts and have yet to be disappointed in the service, sales, prep work, etc. The guys that set up the tractors are top notch! Don't be afraid to have the delivery guy go over everything with you. He'll spend whatever it takes to make sure you know how to operate your tractor.

Very good to hear, thank you :) A friend of the family has a 2620 and he loves it to death.

My father bought his BX23 from Wescott's and said it was a good experience. His tractor really hasn't needed anything done to it in the 800+ hours of operation. We change all the fluids and filters and check torque specs etc. I had tubes installed in the rear tires as they were leaking fluid from the bead, but figured that possibly normal after 9 years of abuse from us LOL. I also bought him a new seat as he had one of the seats that basically turned into a slide/ejection seat.

They are having an open house today so I'm thinking I'll head over to ask some questions about future purchases and have a look around. Who doesn't like drooling all over a buncha new tractors on a Saturday morning? :licking:

You will enjoy ownership of that B2650..I took delivery of one just around Xmas and am up around 50hrs of snow blowing and itis now powering my Bearcat wood chipper. Only minor issues...hose tee in roof for windshield washer broke leaking washer fluid into cab whenever wiper/washer engaged, Radio antenae broke off, and a hydraulic leak at the front mount snowblower.....all quickly taken care of by dealer...
Only thing is it is more luxuriously festooned than my pickup truck and my better half has taken note of that fact...

BTW...for those that don't know...the B2650 is the non turbo, non DPF tractor....The B3350 is the DPF/Turbo model.

Add BTW...It was about 2 weeks between purchase and delivery for me..It was in stock but other deliveries ahead of me and FEL, quick mount front blower and rear remotes had to be added...Like you I had to wait....but I don't regret the end result.

Congratulations, I am a big fan of the deluxe B Series.

As to prep time this is certainly not unusual. I've never gotten a new one in under a week. Dealers have really been busy; always are this time of year. My local dealer just bought land adjacent to his existing building and for several months has been expanding his back lot by allowing trucks from a local quarry to dump there. His shop and show room will double this year in this location and it's not his main facility. I visited a Case dealership yesterday to pick up parts and they have had to put much of their inventory several blocks away.

A local John Deere dealership has added New Holland and expanded and so on.

I've got many chores in mind for it already, I'll be sure to try to take a bunch of pictures.

I wasn't anticipating buying this tractor a few months ago, which is when I bought a new trailer. I am really hoping this thing fits on the trailer. It is a 7000LB GVW, so I'm not worried about the weight, but its a 78" x 14' tandem with a 2' dove tail. Is 14' going to be long enough? There is all kinds of tongue and frame that I could rest the bucket on in front of the trailer deck, though I'd like to avoid that. I think I'm going to have to put the pallet forks in the bed of the pickup as there won't be any room on the trailer for it. It hauled the BX23 with the loader and hoe attached, but I can't find an accurate dimension on these. The Kubota website seems difficult to navigate through the cab/non-cab models.

My B2650 measures 13feet from edge of lowered bucket to a point even with the rearmost extension of the lower 3TH arms.....Tractor will fit on a 12 ft trailer with the bucket lowered and tailgate on trailer up with no emplement on the 3PH.

Thank you. Going to pick it up tonight so we'll see how it does! Supposed to rain the next couple of days, may not get a good test on it until the weekend.

Buying it and not having it for a week is hard enough, but having it sit in the yard a few more days may just be the last nail in the coffin LOL

You should be OK with no implements on back. With my B2920 on a 16' deck trailer, I had about 1' in front of bucket and 2.5' behind rear wheels when properly positioned to get the right tongue weight. When I had rear implements, I was tight on space in back and front and had much less margin to adjust tongue weight.

In general, try to position the driver footwell area of the tractor between the two axles as a starting point. Then creep forward/back as needed to get your tongue weight right.

Have fun! Be sure to post some pictures, rain or not!!
