B2601 New vs used

I'm looking at upgrading a bit from my BX23 to a 2601. My dealer has a used 2601 bought new by one of their mechanics and traded on a larger tractor. It looks new, has 208 hours, and 4 years left on the warranty. They're asking $18,400. A new tractor similarly equipped, is about $21,300. Of course neither price includes taxes. Do those prices sound reasonable? Thanks!

Yeah, $2,900 isn't much of a savings.

208 hours and 4 years left on the warrantee is a sweet spot in buying any tractor if you can agree on a price (and if it is in really good condition when you inspect it.) Make them an offer.

The used one looks great. I thought at first it already had a third function valve, but it doesn't.

I made an offer of $17,000 or $18,400 if they'd toss in the 3 function. They didn't bite. New is starting to sound better. And both do have the QA bucket.

Thinking about it, that could be what is owed on the loan.

Being that tariffs are changing daily, I wonder how much of the T-tax was included when the used tractor was originally purchased? How much T-tax is added for new units?
