I'm about to do this myself..What I don't understand is the oil in transmission for all the Hydraulics? FEL..ect? The manual isn't really clear

Yes, there are 3 separate oils in your tractor. One for the engine, one for the front axle (if 4x4) and one for the transmission/hydraulics. Being a DT model there are probably 2 canister oil filter. One for the engine and one for the hydraulics. The service itself is quite easy - should not be a problem.
