BX2230 & BX2380 Manuals

I've got a Kubota BX2230 and a Kubota BX2380 with the property I just recently bought but they don't have operator manuals with them. I'm hoping to buy an Operator's Manual, a Workshop Manual, and an Illustrated Parts List for both tractors so I can start doing my own maintenance on them. I don't have prior diesel mech experience but I was an aviation electronics tech in the Navy so I know how to follow book maintenance pretty well.

My main issue is that I don't know if the operators manual has the same information that the workshop manual does and I'd rather not waste the money buying the less intensive manual if it's just a repeat of information.

I also found the physical manuals for sale on Messick's but was hoping to purchase spiral bound versions for cheaper on Ebay rather than try to get them bound myself for easier use or getting free pdfs printed then bound.

I'll post the links to the Ebay options I'm looking at, but I'm unsure if I should trust that these manuals are up to date or legitimate manuals of Kubota (especially with how Artificial Intelligence usage has destroyed a lot of trust in purchasing from third-parties). Is it important that I get the most up to date versions and is it recommended to only purchase from a Kubota dealer or from Messicks?

i wouldn’t waste the dollars buying a parts manual. Messicks has great parts diagrams.

Owners manual give guidance on simple machine upkeep and maintenance, the workshop mauals provide info on more complicated work such such as engine rebuild, transmission assembly etc.

In my experience owners manuals and workshop manuals are seldom updated.
