B2320 Shutting down

I don't use my tractor very much. Started it up three weeks ago and used the tiller on the garden spot. After an hour the tractor quit running. Happened to notice the fuel filter cup was close to empty when it stopped running. As soon as it stopped, the cup began to fill back up. I let it fill up and then let it sit a little while. It started back up and ran for a little while then the same thing happened again. The next day, I could not get 3 minutes out of it before same thing happened. This past Saturday, haven't used it in three weeks, I filled it up, and tilled for an hour and 15 minutes. The same thing happened again. Looked down at the fuel filter cup and it was almost empty. Got it back to the barn and let it set. What is going on? Why would it run so good and then all of a sudden have a problem like this. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a quick thought . Maybe something found it 's way into the fuel tank and is periodically blocking the out flow tube to the fuel filter . Something at the bottom of the tank that can move around .
