B21 is a heavy duty contractor/Rental Yard type of unit. They are priced accordingly and you can expect to spend $25,000 give or take a few grand. Used B21s hold their value quite well.
If you are a homeowner and looking for a Tractor/Loader/Backhoe you might consider a B7610 and B4672A 'hoe or B7800 with a BL4680A 'hoe.
Or, better yet, the Deluxe versions B2630 or B3030 and add on the BH75 'hoe.
The smaller of these set up as a TLB will be thousands cheaper than a B21. The bigger will have a more powerful 'hoe for near the same money. Don't get me wrong a B21 is one tough machine and I wanted one too. But, I just couldn't justify the additional cost over my B7610 TLB.
