B21 / 1200 HRS

Brother in law offered to sell me his B21 with 1200 hrs. I think the dealer offered him $8 k for a trade in on a new B26. Is 8 k a good deal?

Without seeing it can't opine. 1200hrs is not much. Is the BL the original owner?
Do you have the maintenance records? How has it been used? Any leaks or bent damaged parts?

He bought it about 6 years ago. It was a rental machine w 1K hours on it. It's pretty straight no dents. Has a hose leaking which he is getting fixed by the dealer. He's used it at his house to move some gravel around and that's about it.

If it sounds good should be ok. You may have some hoses an seal to replace in the next few years.
