Today it has been 4 weeks since I fractured my ribs (6 of them). Progress is slow but steady. I can sleep on my side for about a half hour, then I have to revert to my back, with a wedge pillow under my shoulders, resembling a recliner.
A couple days ago I decided to “test” myself and tried to do some push-ups and sit-ups. I only did 10 of each, but I think it was too soon, as I’m more tender now.
Getting old is a real pain in the butt.
