I just got a new backhoe attachment for my ASV RC100, hooked the lines up but the bucket only tries to move one way, both buttons on the joystick have a reaction when pushed and 1 hose moves from hydraulic pressure but the bucket doesn't move...... The cylinder is at the end of travel.... This machine is new to me and it's the first time I've used the auxiliary hydraulics...... Am I doing something wrong or overlooking something ?? Any input would be appreciated

Sounds like one QD is not fully connected.

Reset and try again.

You can plug in a hyd gauge in the QD and activate the button and see if you have pressure.

Thank you for your reply. I don't have access to a gauge to plug into the QD, but I did try working with one line hooked up at a time and the top one is definitely not working. Can I remove the QD safely to see if fluid pumps out? Do the QD's go bad?

Yes, just remove the QD and use a hose in a bucket to check flow.

You can switch hoses also.
