Audio Attachments

Muhammad (or anyone else who might know), I am wondering if we can attach an audio file instead of the normal photos as attachments to posts. It occurs to me that many issues discussed here could be enhanced if a short Wave (.wav) file could be attached. Do you mind if I try? For example, in the NH Owning forum, there is a discussion as to how long it takes to lug down a tractor with a hydrostatic tranny. If I could record my tractor lugging down with a handheld recorder and then convert to a wave file, there would be no doubt as to the time and the power curve/rpm drop should be quite easy to document. I have all the facilites needed to make the .wav file and with your permission, I'll sure give it a try. What do you think?/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

The attachments would have to meet the usual size guideline of 200k, but I don't have a problem with that. .wav and .mp3 files can be uploaded, as long as they also meet the forum terms of use for uploads. Must own copyright to the audio file, etc.
