I found this site for finding auctions in any area by zip code and distance radius- Auction Zip - Live Auction Locator - Find Auctions Anywhere!
After a search it comes up with a calendar and number of auctions on the dates. You can then get more info on the auctions. Makes it a lot easier to find them. I always hear about an auction after it has happened!

I just checked it for my zip code and didn't find any of the auctions that I know of and attend. In time, it might get better, but for now, I look in the weekly classifieds paper for upcoming auctions. There are at least a dozen every week in there with everything from estate sales to heavy equipment and city auctions.
