Thanks for the heads up. I would say they are pretty much to there full bid{no real deal} for the hrs and shape they're in.

We were at the "sellers" location last year mulching on the adjoining property. We had to park on the sellers property. If we had known they had the mulcher, we could have put them to work :thumbsup:
