ATV SALT SPREADER

Does anyone know where I can get a salt spreader for my ATV Northern Tool has seed speaders but not salt any help would be gateful. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I saw a used spreader for sale couple of months ago that was a seed spreader but could also be used for salt. just guessing, but I would think that you could use a seed spreader provided the opening to the thrower is big enough for the salt (would likely be adjustable for different seeds anyway) and the parts in contact with the salt would not become corroded. I'll probably need one for next year, but for a tractor/PTO. Do you have a snow blade on the front?

Here is a link to Cabela's, I bought the pull behind spreader a few years ago and use it for spreading seed, fertilizer, salt /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It has worked well, just keep the adjustments oiled so they don't rust up on you /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
