Box Scraper Attachments For My Yanmar YM2500

Happy Sunday morning to everyone!

My YM2500 is still down and waiting on Fredricks to come pick it up again, but I’m slowly starting acquire attachments for it.

I recently bought a solid, used grader box (box blade). It’s a 4’ Howse EB48. Got an excellent deal on it locally!
It didn’t come with the scarifier shanks but I ordered a brand new set online from Agri Supply. They are 16” long and fit perfect! I also ordered new shank holder pins.
I do believe the tractor would handle a 5’ grader box, but I got too good of a deal on this 4’ to pass up.

I also bought an old vintage set of single row hippers (row discs). I’m almost positive they’re John Deere. They need a little work but I got such a killer deal on them that I just couldn’t pass up. I plan on making a small garden with my family. We all love that delicious G90 sweet corn! .
I ordered a new axle shaft with nut, (6) new 16” notched disc blades, a new bumper washer, and a new end washer with lock ring. The 4 bearings are good and just need a good greasing. They each have their own grease fitting.
I got all the parts online from Agri Supply. They should be delivered by UPS sometime this coming week.

If you think you know anything about the row discs, please let me know! I’d love to know what model they are and what bearings they take (for when I need to replace the bearings).

The disc harrow seems old and beaten. Hope it was given to you vs buying it.

Last summer my brother sold this one for $300 on CL. It sold in 4hrs.

Bret, the row discs I bought are not the same as your brother’s. Mine are made to build rows. I will post pics when I’m done with them. They will be worth much more than what I paid once I get the new axle shaft and new discs installed, but they won’t be for sale.

I made an upgrade to the Howse box blade that I recently bought. Seen a video of someone on YouTube who done the same thing. I copied what the man done.
I installed 4 pieces of 1/16” stainless steel wire on the shank holder pins to keep from losing them if they fall out. I bought the wire spool & crimper kit off Amazon for $30.
