So my hip have been bothering me for a little bit. I was told taking collagen would help with joint discomfort. I bought the Equate brand, they have a suggested serving size of 20 grams or 4 TBSP. That seems like a lot! I have read that 10 grams is sufficient. Took my first dose today, put 2 TBSP in my yeti cup of green tea this morning,
not very good.
Who is taking it, why? Do you notice a difference? Dosage? How do you consume it? Tips and advice are welcome.
