Anyone in Georgia who has a forestry mulcher? Questions about clearing land

Just from looking at the pictures it looks like its a natural regeneration stand of pines not mechanically planted. To me it looks like the trees have not reached a merchantable size yet and probably won't any time soon with that much density. Have you looked at finding somebody with a drum chopper that is pulled by a dozer or a log skidder who can run across the property in a checker board pattern. Then apply a prescribed burn on the site. We've applied this method on young stands of natural regeneration and have had decent results.
