Anyone has the technical manual for 1999 John deere 5510 ?

I was looking for the complete technical pdf manual for 1999 John Deere 5510
with 4.5dsl engine. We do have a mowing arm attachment and trying to figure
out what all do and how to adjust or trouble shoot few problems while operating.

If the problem is with the mower control valve, the tractor manual won’t help. If you can provide mower make and model, as well as what problem you are having, maybe someone can help.

Yea, the tech manual won't be any help for that valve assembly. That's part of the boom mower. I have a tech manual for a 5310 which is a bit different creature.

I did some more research and is a "Tiger Mower Cheetah Boom, exactly like this:

and there is a little info on the hyd valve bank but not that much.

My problem is that i am having some problems after mowing for few hours, and the arm will not go from rear of the tractor to the front while activating the control on the joystick to go forward. It takes about anywhere 25-40 seconds and then it starts to move really slow... Or even when i let the controller go the arm keeps going and stops later.
