Anyone else here try the Handee Clamp?

I bought one of these a couple of years ago, don't use it often but when I have it has really come in handy.
It is simple and inexpensive (~ $20.00) but is a must for the tool box. Family owned, USA made.

I ordered mine direct, yes it did cost me a bit more because of the shipping.
But I figure that at least someone comes out a bit further ahead besides amazon.
