Is this a scam? Another e-bay scam with MY tractor

I was looking at e bay and notced a L 5030 for a low price, I lokked at the pic's there the same pic's I have of my tractor. Since my home made grapple is on it I know it is my unit. This is the only site I have pic's so the yellow belly is getting pic here. I have know idea how to turn him in on e bay.

If you go to the main page of ebay they have a Fraud link. Let them know whats going on..........Ebay is getting a lot of scam artists on it lately.
