I saw these videos and am amazed at the winching ability of this rig. Still hard to believe that it doesnt get pulled itself.

Was the winch tractor anchored to a tree or a stump?

Awesome little tractor!
It looked like there was a small dozer blade on the back of the rear half of the vehicle, but they never showed the anchorage, that I could see.
It's amazing to me that a logging vehicle that size and operating in that terrain doesn't have it's own winch as standard equipment.
