Thanks for all the help I will try all of the above, one of them should work. Some of these glitch solutions, push violently, turn the wheels back and forth, make it look like some of Kubota's engineers have been and are asleep at the wheel.
Tough to get a recall on a tractor!!

It is not so much a violent hard push as it is a violent rapid push. forward/up on your control. Don't tear off the joystick, just "snap" it forward past the detent.

I'd suggest you play with it with the engine off and bucket on the ground first, nothing will happen with the bucket but the valve will still go into float position. With yours you push the joystick firmly forward (as if to lower the loader arms). When you reach the end of the spring loaded travel, push a bit further and you'll feel the valve go past a detent and stop. That's float. Once you get a feel for it, start the engine and try it. Did you check the loader manual?

What are you talking about? Nothing is wrong with the tractor.

That is good to hear!

It should take a hard push, so it will not go into float when in regular use.
